Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Rochester in Rochester Hills, Michigan. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling our luxury vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This is a full-time position with commission-only compensation, perfect for individuals looking to build a successful career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities: - Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by management - Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive business growth - Educate customers about the features and benefits of our luxury vehicles - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their specific needs and budget - Conduct test drives and accompany customers on showroom tours - Ensure all paperwork and necessary documents are completed accurately and on time - Utilize various sales techniques to negotiate and close deals - Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques - Stay updated on the latest knowledge and trends in the automotive industry, as well as the features and specs of our vehicles - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all clients

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred - Minimum 2 years of experience in import automotive sales (highline is preferred) - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment -
