Procurement Analyst Locations: Must be tied to an office as a hybrid employee and agree to go into the office 1 day per week (VA, Bossier, Tampa, etc.) Job Description: We are GDIT. The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of the supply chain procurement process to support our internal stakeholders and government customers. GDIT's supply chain team is organized by commodity, meaning our teams strategically purchase the same types of products in order to grow their expertise. This role is for a Supply Chain Analyst on the Cloud/SaaS team. We are looking for professionals with experience with FAR/Government procurement and/or experience. Duties include but are not limited to: Manage the procurement process for both indirect (internal GDIT customers) and direct (government customers) procurements. Sourcing execution in compliance with the various regulatory requirements imposed upon GDIT Supply Chain by its customers, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and leverage the market strength of GDIT, recognize market conditions, and strive to maximize value obtained from each procurement action. Management of RFQ/RFPs from drafting, bidder communication, negotiation, and execution Completion of sourcing checklist (includes single/sole source justification, price analysis, individual screening requirements, etc. Ensures high internal customer satisfaction. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
