We are looking to add a **Shipping and Receiving Clerk** to our growing Operations team. Reporting to our Materials/Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for properly receiving incoming inventory, stocking the lab, and shipping outgoing materials for all teams at Circle Pharma. Our ideal candidate has a proven track-record of providing excellent customer service and can function independently in a fast-paced environment. + Inspect deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria

+ Coordinate delivery of and assist with handling of large lab and office items

+ Organize and store received items in appropriate areas

+ Update inventory with received and shipped items

+ Monitor inventory levels

+ Determine method of shipment and prepare materials, bills, invoices, and other necessary documents for domestic and international shipping

+ Develop and maintain internal record-keeping systems

+ Engage with scientists, carriers, suppliers, and others to ensure timely delivery of materials and respond to issues

+ Be an enthusiastic contributor to the efforts of optimizing our shipping and receiving processes

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ 2+ years of experience in a logistics/receiving role, preferably in the biotech industry

+ Understanding of safety protocols

+ Experience handling chemicals

+ Experience following compound management/inventory protocols

+ Organized and detail-oriented

+ Adept at following written protocols and verbal instructions

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Proficient using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

+ Strong interest and experience working in a team setting

+ Strong interest in learning and improving shipping/receiving processes

+ Strong interest in understanding the usefulness and impact of your work in the overall drug discovery process

+ Must be able to lift 50 pounds
