The primary responsibility of the ***Inventory & Material Coordinator*** is to help meet the inventory and material needs of the construction division and its crews by maintaining a clean and organized inventory warehouse and to be the key point of contact for daily material needs.
**The key roles include the following:**
* Manage Inventory
* Organize Warehouse
* Receiving Inventory
* Issuing Inventory
* Material Transportation
**Duties and Responsibilities Include:**
* Receive deliveries, scan and upload package slips to appropriate job
* Notify Project Managers of material deliveries in a timely manner
* Label, stage, and organize material per job
* Allocate required items to jobs with purchase orders
* Allocate & bill materials to specific jobs
* Issue and record inventory in the BPG systems
* Maintenance of inventory log with issuance of materials by job
* Monthly inventory of on-hand material for customers
* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
* Manage recycling on a regular basis
* Management of Cox Inventory & Material process via CMAC
* Management of material loading and transportation to jobs sites
**Basic Qualifications:**
* **Valid Arizona Driver's License** with clean MVR (5 year minimum)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
* Ability to work flexible hours, as needed
* Ability to communicate personally and via telephone/email
* Ability to function independently and as part of a team
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Experience in the Telecommunications industry, a plus
**Physical Demands/Work Environment**
* Frequent holding and grasping with hands
* Frequent use of feet to operate pedals on equipment/trucks
* Constant standing, stooping, kneeling, and carrying and lifting (20lbs. - 100lbs.)
* Exposure to bright lights, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas, and fumes
