Maintains temperature sensitive supplies upon receipt and distribution. Maintains storage areas designated for laboratory supplies

- Assists in the development of inventory management in each laboratory section. Assists with the inventory recall process. Coordinates purchase order and receipt for Laboratory proficiency testing (CAP) for all laboratory sections.

- Coordinates laboratory specific supplies to clinic labs and lab reference clients.

- Demonstrates financial accountability through accurate documentation of workload, efficient use of time, and appropriate purchasing of regular and special items. Meets departmental standards for productivity, accuracy, and quality.

- Develops and maintains relationships with Vendors, Purchasing and Materials Management departments.

- Assist with laboratory departments in maintaining off-site storage of CLS materials (specimens and documents).

- Meets department standards for productivity, accuracy, and quality.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds. Consistent exposure to extreme variations in temperature. Position requires repetitive standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching and lifting including the use of ladders

Any qualifications to be considered as equivalents in lieu of stated minimum require prior approval of Vice President for Human Resources Administration or his/her designee.
