Import Development Coordinator - Military veterans preferred

A successful premium denim and lifestyle apparel company is in search of a full time Import Development Coordinator. This role is onsite, 5 days a week. Salary is 65k DOE.

Duties include:

Follow up with vendors on protos, development submits , salesmen samples (SMS) etc.

Issue and maintain SMS Orders and send to vendors

Collect seasonal development T&A’s for Sourcing Managers to review

Set up & maintain T&A charts based on approved dates by Sourcing Managers (e.g. log in proto samples, enter dates when comments were sent etc.)

File submits; organize and

maintain library of seasonal wash/color standards

Follow up with vendors on development wash/color submits

Follow up with design on approval status of development colors/ strike-offs, trims etc.

Flag appropriate Sourcing Managers of any issues

Other duties assigned as necessary.

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent time management and follow up

Detail oriented and organized.

3 to 4 years’ experience in production/ development in the apparel industry
