Shift:M-F 6a-4:30p + Sat 6a-11a Pay: $20+ (based on experience) Responsibilities: - Perform quality testing and report - Coordinate and maintain internal gauge calibration - Perform final audit inspection on completed prototype/product - Inspect prototype components and new production components from suppliers - Complete final inspection of tube contour gauges, review reports, and photograph gauges - Complete prototype documentation to the customer including scanning in component documents, material certifications, and documenting inspection results - Complete and update processing documentation including job travelers and in-process inspection sheets for new and current production parts. - Review processing documentation, update scrap logs, and filing quality documents - Provide annual PPAP submissions to the customer required-skills: Experience: - Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications - Experience with Measuring Tools - Knowledge of Microsoft Office required-experience: Quality Inspection
