Actalent is seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs to join the team at a reputable nursing home and rehabilitation center in Brooklyn (Manhattan Available as well)! Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as dressing, bathing, and eating
Monitor patients health status and report any changes to the nursing team
Administer medications and treatments as directed by medical staff
Help coordinate rehabilitation programs for patients to aid in their recovery
Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Shift:
Monday-Friday with rotating weekend and holiday!
6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
Requirements:
Valid NYS RN License
Prior experience (6 months) in nursing home or rehabilitation setting
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
