**Elim Shores** has a rare opening for a **Part-Time Van Driver** to join our team! This position offers **flexible hours** with weekly scheduled shipping trips and ongoing monthly outings. In this important role, you will transport residents to grocery stores, restaurants, and community outings in a 14-seat passenger bus. Our ideal candidate is friendly, positive, and has an outgoing personality. Come and work in a fun and family first, stress-free environment.

**Van Driver responsibilities:**

* Drive a 14-seat passenger bus for scheduled resident outings.

* Complete proper documentation for MnDOT including daily logs and quarterly reports.

* Track and schedule maintenance for the bus.

* Complete daily upkeep for the bus including filling up gas, washer fluid, etc.

* Complete additional tasks as requested.

**Van Driver skills and requirements:**

* Must have MN Drivers license and excellent driving record.

* Must pass the MnDOT physical examination and a criminal background check.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

* Prior experience working with people with memory loss and physical disabilities is desired.

* Friendly, outgoing and positive personality.
