Patient Coordinator - Associated OMS - Military veterans preferred

Job Type Full-time Description Associated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons is adding to our Patient Coordinator Teams at our Maple Grove and Coon Rapids locations. *Applicants need to be open to traveling between the two locations as needed for coverage. This position is FT - Monday - Thursday 7a - 330p and Friday 7a - 1p This position will: - Greet Patients - Answer Busy Phones - Schedule Patient Appointments while maintaining an efficient patient flow within the clinic. - Patient Registration / Records - being hyper focused on attention to detail; details matter. - Discuss Finances With the Patients Ideal Applicant Traits: - A clear understanding of dental and / or medical terminology and dental procedures. - Solid verbal, grammatical and analytical skills with a strong sense of attention to detail. - Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task various responsibilities and projects. - Professional, mature demeanor - with the ability to work with a variety of personalities. - Our clinics are generally a 2 - 3 person desk environment - team work and clear communication are crucial!! - Being a Team Player - is a must!
