Performs assigned procedures such as changing of simple dressings, taking vital signs, giving enemas, ect. Records personal care given.Prepare patient for examination by performing assigned procedures such as temperature, pulse, respiration, height, weight, and measurements, and assists in the examination process and records findings on patient chartObserves patients' and/ or families' condition, mental state and social behavior. Reports observations. Minimum Qualifications1. Graduation from elementary school. 2.
