Accounts Receivable Specialist - Military veterans preferred

General Floor, the largest wholesale floor covering distributor in the tri-state area, is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk. This opportunity is located in Bellmawr, NJ and the hours are 9:30 AM-6 PM, Monday-Friday with the exception of rotating Wednesday evening hours 11:30 AM-8 PM. Hours during initial 60 day training period are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

Duties:

• Answer Account Receivable phone inquiries
• Contact Customers for payments
• Application and maintenance of customer credits on account
• Maintain and process customer forms and requests
• Process deposits and credit card payments
• Provide excellent internal/external customer service and support
• Create and maintain A/R reports, excel spreadsheets, invoices and statements
• Special projects and other duties assigned as needed by management

Ideal Candidates are:

• Comfortable talking on the phone
• Organized and detail oriented
• Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Reliable and punctual
• Flexible to cover alternate shifts
• Must have reliable transportation and valid d/l for bank and post office pick up
