**Sr. Manager, Customer Supply Chain**

We are looking for a Senior Manager to collaborate with key retail/club accounts and internal partners [customer operations, demand planning, supply planning, logistics, sales, npi] to drive customer success. Act as a supply chain consultant to guide operational change with the goal to deliver product success through high in-stock performance. + Masters degree (or Bachelor's + experience) in Operations, Supply Chain or similar field and 8-12 years of experience.

+ End-to-end supply chain management experience, with a focus on warehouse strategy, logistics, retail distribution and retailer fulfillment strategy.

+ Demonstrated ability in customer facing roles together with related operations experience within food, beverage or CPG.

+ Broad understanding of policies, processes and systems relating to retail distributor operations.

+ Direct experience working with key accounts (Costco, Walmart, Target, etc) is a must.

+ Experience with Customer Success Methodologies.

+ Proven influencing skills.

+ Experience with temperature controlled / perishable supply chain.

+ Strong analytical skills including reporting / dashboard experience in Tableau, data warehousing and metrics development.

+ Strong written and oral communication skills.

+ Self-starter/learner that can drive cross-functional projects.

+ Ability to work independently as a member of a remote team.

+ Familiarity with retailers systems & portals (e.g. Retail Link)
