Product Manager Consultant/Expert #992680 Job Description: I-ERP Release Testing Product Manager should possess demonstrated knowledge and experience of executing and/or managing testing of a large-scale ERP program. This role works in a fast paced agile/PDO environment to deliver high quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in SAP systems, integration testing, data analytics, and advanced reporting capabilities, along with a strong aptitude for automation and data extraction.

Skills Required: Establish and maintain an SAP Testing/QA Testing Plan. Manage detailed test plans for all test cycles such as System Integration testing, Load and Performance testing, Dry Run testing and User Acceptance testing Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality testing services to our customer Apply customer expectations, industry standards, software development, and engineering knowledge to assist teams within the program to define, document, maintain and improve processes. Develop logic for extracting useful information from large datasets to enhance decision-making and operational efficiencies. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with other business processes. Train new team members on testing roles, objectives, and expectations for the program

Skills Preferred: Strong oral/written communication skills; ability to message at the right level depending on the audience. Demonstrated proactivity and sense of urgency. Strong interpersonal skills to influence/motivate people who are not direct reports. Ability to perform in adverse/tight timeline situations. Demonstrated Quick thinking, positive and can-do attitude.

Experience Required: Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with significant emphasis on ERP systems, especially SAP. Demonstrated success in SAP ERP implementations, particularly with SAP S4/Hana. Strong background in Various Test cycles such as integration testing Advanced skills in data analytics and Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and advanced charting. Strong interpersonal skills to influence/motivate people who are not direct reports. Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities, with experience managing complex projects and teams. Release management experience and awareness of scaled agile methodology and ceremonies. Familiarity with Scaled agile project tracking tools (Rally, ALM)

Education Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in computer science or related disciplines
