The

Project Manager

is responsible for overseeing most aspects of a

ground upcommercial / repositioning project,

from the initial planning and design stages to the final stages of construction and occupancy. The main goal is to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards. A team leader with the ability to work well under pressure, along with managing a team of construction professionals.

Responsibilities

Create and administer subcontracts, payment applications, project schedules, safety, quality; meetings between owners, subcontractors, team members; project administration and document control. Provide team leadership, personnel management, and mentor newer staff. Maintain professional relationships among industry partners.

Skills

Proficient in contract negotiation, early issue recognition and resolution, and strategic planning. Experienced with reviewing and interpreting construction documents, along with reading and writing technical specifications. Background with use of Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, AutoCad plan viewing, and DocuSign.

Experience

Background of 6+ years in

ground upcommercial and repositioning construction or a related field, and/or a bachelor's or master's degree in construction management or a related discipline. Proficient knowledge of multiple product types and trades.

Manage multiple large sized ground up commercial and repositioning projects.
