A DAY IN THE LIFE Leading safety and quality initiatives at a site level

Developing, reviewing, and managing owner contracts and subcontracts

Managing costs and scheduling labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors

Constant communication with the owner/client about progress and conflict management

Traveling to the jobsite

WHAT YOU’LL NEED Experience managing self-perform construction projects

with

a minimum

budget

of

Exceptional customer and client relation skills

Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring

Contract and subcontract development and management experience

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)

A proven record of safety program management and implementation

Knowledge of Standard Word Instructions (SWIs), and
