Inquis Medical is looking for a dynamic Sr. Strategic Product Manager to develop and execute on all Upstream Marketing activities including market modelling, product development, competitive intelligence, customer research and insights, commercialization planning, KOL and board engagement, and lead organization events. Qualified candidates will have a solid foundation in market analysis, upstream marketing and marketing operations. They will be ready to hit the ground running characterizing the PE market, its drivers, and competitors and synthesize insight for market analysis, product inputs and KOL engagement while supporting operational priorities in a strategic manner. They will have a client service focus and be able to act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and vendors. They will be a team player who is able to work collaboratively. and provide strategic leadership to upstream projects. Duties and Responsibilities: Product market analysis and strategy with an emphasis on marketing plan strategy, Competitive intel and prelaunch marketing activities. Ability to deliver upstream marketing product development inputs with close R&D collaboration. Ability to deliver marketing support through key opinion leader (KOL) engagement and congresses. Provide global upstream with voice of customer into the development of new product specifications with value added technologies. Be the expert on our customers and patients, who are they, how they buy and their key buying behavior in market intelligence. Understand the competitive landscape as the resident marketing expert on our competition and how they are positioned. Drive product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas, utilizing your relationships to augment the team on a project basis. Develop a marketing plan for Pulmonary Embolism products, including key activities and budgets to support key marketing projects. Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs on an ongoing basis, and drive any required changes. Plan the launches of new products and manage the Cross functional implementation of the plan Experience and Qualifications: BA or BS degree, preferred MBA and engineering degree Previous product management or strategy experience with at least 5 years' experience in a MedTech / Medical Device, industry role. Competent technical understanding of thrombectomy procedures Dynamic individual with proven ability to learn quickly and think on her/his feet Experience in Thrombectomy, peripheral vascular interventions, Cardiovascular interventions, or related areas Technical background and understanding of procedures is critical to the success of this role. Solution and execution oriented with the ability to drive projects to completion. Bias to action and structure to define clear systems, processes, owners to get efficient results. Team player who enjoys the collaboration across functions and stakeholders Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Project, etc. Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Exceptional ROI tracking skills, with the ability to provide data driven justification of program success Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, cross functional teams and third parties. Team player mindset is key! 1st Year key objectives: Work with engineers to fully understand the product family. Develop, conduct and evaluate questionnaires. Conduct user needs surveys by interviewing physicians Spend time in the cathlab observing procedures. Target Salary flexible based on experience, $150-$220K base salary + bonus and stock
