Responsibilities: Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes. Manage clinical practice variation to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with standards of care and regulatory requirements. Develop policies and procedures to meet accreditation standards. Foster interdisciplinary communication and collaboration. Direct nursing practice and operations to meet patient needs. Lead efforts to enhance the patient experience and customer service. Qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support certification. Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred. Nursing leadership experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: Location: Round Rock, Texas Oversight of ICU, IMC, and Telemetry units. Patient ratios of 4:1. No pediatric patients.
