Join the team that shapes the Enterprise Payment experience for Huntington's valued clients. We're a small passionate team focused on building differentiating payment and customer experiences. You'll support complex mobile/online/digital products and help ensure that the customer experience and business goals remain at the forefront. You'll be engaged in all aspects of digital product management and support, from defining and documenting requirements to participating or leading User Acceptance Testing. You’ll also need to ensure colleague readiness by defining training needs and defining pilot programs. Detailed Description Provide subject matter expertise for Digital Payment methods, concepts, and customer needs. Payment knowledge should include, but is not limited to Zelle, Bill Pay, ACH, Wires and Digital Wallets. Understand key risk controls and monitoring related to money movement activities. Work across the organization to prioritize customer needs and manage product feature sets to deliver digital products that exceed customer expectations. Represent the customer and business goals while working with technology partners to deliver products within an agile methodology. Define business objectives and MVP. Manage Agile project lifecycle from feature creation and approvals through production release. Create testing plans and scripts for User Acceptance Testing and post release validation. Work with internal digital design teams to define user experience. Work closely with systems vendor, operations, technology, retail, marketing, and customer service partners to ensure successful delivery of digital payment services. Track performance and engagement metrics for analysis and reporting to management. Provide transparency to business and technology leadership on project status and risks. Manage risks associated with delivering applications and features, including approvals from risk partners. Support enterprise readiness via pilot planning, training, or colleague Q&A Perform periodic risk and audit reviews of systems and users to ensure that Huntington is adhering to the highest security standards. Assist with analysis of pricing and profitability and craft recommendations for opportunities to increase revenue and decrease expenses. Help drive adoption and use by supporting the development of digital marketing campaigns in partnership with marketing teams. Understand product value across segments to illustrate opportunities, build business cases and prioritize investments/backlogs. Support generating new, innovative ideas and staying abreast of market trends. Evaluate product gaps to develop new products or feature functionality. Support the development of new data and analytics models or strategies. Performs research and market / competitive analysis when forming recommendations including performing external scans to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Other product management tasks that may be required from time-to-time. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, preferably technology or business related. 5+ years of product management and project delivery experience Preferred Qualifications: Payments product management or delivery experience Experience with digital money movement: P2P, B2C, C2B and B2B Experience with desktop and mobile web, mobile apps, and alerts Experience with retail or business financial Services Proven analytical ability (data mining/manipulation, forecasting) Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Candid and concise communication skills Must be savvy and passionate about driving results and innovation. Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.
