Job Description

If you are detail-oriented, responsible, and good with numbers, consider becoming U-Haul's newest Invoice Processing Clerk. In this position you will be responsible for entering invoice information in Accounts Payable System. Invoice Processing Clerk Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter invoice information in accordance with processing procedures
  • Research all documents and previous payments in order to accurately compensate the payee
  • Ensure accurate coding of invoices to the proper general ledger account
  • Contact U-Haul entities to verify information received or correct other issues
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with computer programs, specifically Excel
