Goals & Expectations
Accountable for Delivery commitments from Onshore - provide right leadership, guidance & cover for our teams to be (& be perceived as) effective by Customer sponsors.
Improve confidence in HTC's program execution capabilities, establish as a Delivery expert who can provide contextual perspectives to Customer in critical projects & scenarios (even beyond where HTC is today involved in). Establish as a key partner at Customer Director & VP level.
Increase relevant engagement (Project planning & execution, Distributed team models including Agile, Team productivity & Engineering possibilities) with key Customer decision makers & sponsors.
Surface new growth/expansion possibilities and partner with relevant internal Practice SMEs to contextualize the proposal/pitch to maximize value as seen by Customer.
Key success metrics:
Delivery stability including tracking the right metrics and driving relevant continuous improvements.
Key customer engagement including CSAT.
Team engagement including guidance & mentoring to lift capabilities and visibility with Client.
Impact & contribution to Growth, providing expertise & ideas actively partnering with Sales & Practices
Relevant prior Experience:
Must have
15+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years of Project & Program management experience in complex distributed projects.
Experience having managed Agile distributed projects.
Experience managing teams >30 team members, guiding & mentoring for maximizing productivity, engagement & retention.
Experience interacting with senior - Director and above - Customer stakeholders and delivering ongoing program status with right metrics.
Deep understanding of various SDLC phases with ability to step in and be seed team to initiate new programs, guide teams inflight, assess risks and mitigate, identify & track right metrics, and propose systemic improvements.
Experience collaborating with Sales & Practice teams and contributing to growth initiatives.
Good to have
Experience operating in multi provider & co-managed setups.
