Title: Project Manager Location- South San Francisco, California (Onsite Day 1) Duration: fulltime Project Manager to join the Vacaville divestment team to help carve out the site from Roche and prepare it for the sale. - close collaboration with the various business stakeholders and IT team to ensure smooth transition of Vacaville to the buyer - Will be responsible for a specific workstream within the project and be responsible to coordinate and orchestrate the deliverables assigned to the workstream - Identify risk and manage mitigation to achieve a consensus to move forward - work and team coordination, connecting required people to push the work forward Requires Manufacturing and supply chain experience with an understanding of SAP, MES and other GxP systems - knowledge should be sufficient too help facilitate communication and collaboration within the area. We are looking for an experienced person for this role, with a proactive approach, willingness to take ownership of the tasks / activities, driving delivery in the area. MA/Eng. in Information Technology or Business or relevant experience Experience in work with virtual/dispersed project/service team Good knowledge of project management methods (PMP or Prince2 practicioner certification) Knowledge of good practices on IT service delivery market, such as ITIL Knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile: Scrum, Kanban) Knowledge of HPSM/SNOW and Jira tools Basic knowledge of ITIL and Release Management process Communication skills and skills to cooperate inside a global organization Influencing and persuasion skills Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions Readiness to travel depending on project/service needs Minimum 7 years of experience in work related to software development. Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope, in multicultural, international environments (medium to large projects).
