THE ROLE: In this high-profile role, you will lead joint innovation programs between AMD and our largest customers including customer specific innovation experiences, integration, optimization, and solution delivery to enable the industry’s leading edge “Hero” Mobile,

Desktop, and Workstation platforms. You will work across all Engineering and Business functions to meet overall program objectives from an Engineering and Customer facing perspective. THE PERSON: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in product development from a design, platform, product and/or technical program management discipline. The candidate should have experience as a Technical Lead, Technical Program Manager, and Business Team interface with the ability to drive multi-site and multi-disciplined engineering programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Defines, plans and drives projects and program plans based on management and senior technical guidance OEM Customer point of contact for Commercial Joint Innovation Programs Manage innovation ideation, incubation, feature selection, and platform level execution with OEMs and AMD Aggregate ambiguous OEM and AMD Joint Innovation program level details, identify and lead the path forward Develop program schedule. Build, create and maintain a well-developed, managed and executed program plan. Identify risks and contingency plans. Create best in class “out of the box” customer experience Drive resolution of Customer blocking and end-user use case issues Assess programs and leverage learning to enhance AMD’s Joint Innovation development and release processes Being comfortable working with senior executives is a hard requirement. You must address the needs and requirements called upon from AMD's Engineering, Product Management and Customer Engineering organizations REQUIRED SKILLS
