Job Description: Our client, a progressive multi-doctor practice is seeking a highly experienced Veterinarian to lead their team as Medical Director.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

• Establish the direction and maintain the medical quality of the hospital, akin to an owner, with the support of expert teams in Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, and more.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to veterinary staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in veterinary care.
• Oversee the full spectrum of procedures and surgeries, ensuring quality veterinary care for all patients.

Qualifications Needed:

• Extensive experience in veterinary medicine with a strong background in leadership and management.
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and building strong client relationships.
