**Position Summary**

MiA Aesthetics is looking for **Inventory Control Specialist** to oversee inventory of surgical and non-surgical products for multiple plastic surgeon offices across various states. The ideal candidate would have experience with management of inventory and demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong computer skills. Experience with Surgicare software preferred.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

* Organizes shipment of incoming inventory

* Maintains records of inventory levels to ensure all department needs are met

* Adheres to set par levels that are structured by leadership

* Manages the inventory software program used for buying and billing inventory needs

* Partners closely with accounting to monitor inventory costs

* Works alongside the Director, Clinical Operations to meet inventory needs and costs

* Strategically thinks of ways to improve and facilitate inventory processes

* Verifies receipts against content being received at each location

* Handles all equipment as needed to serve multiple departments as needed

* Seeks areas of pricing opportunities with current or new vendors

* Monitors efficient shipment of materials, perform servicing for all items needed in coordination with vendors

* Assists the Director, Clinical Operations with any tasks or projects as needed

Requirements **Qualifications and Requirements**

* Associates Degree

* Minimum 1 Year + experience with inventory control

* Experience with Surgicare software preferred

* Expert MS Office Suite knowledge (i.e. Excel, MS Word)

* Customer service experience

* Ability to work independently

**Physical Requirements:**

* May require long periods of sitting, and/or standing

* Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites

* Must be able to lift boxes/inventory between 10lbs-30lbs
