Job description Seeking a PMHNP for an outpatient psychiatric office. We are growing! We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with

at least 2 years of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner experience

to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assessment, diagnosis, case management, continuing care assessments and planning, treatment planning, referral assessments, documentation and outpatient level of care. Able to work with different advanced treatment options in-house such as Spravato, TMS, IV Ketamine Assesses patients' mental health by conducting a psychiatric assessment upon intake. Assesses patients physical health by interviewing patients; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories. Documents patients care services by charting in the client's records Performs therapeutic procedures by administering injections and immunizations. Instructs and counsels patients by describing therapeutic regimens; providing counseling on emotional problems of daily living; promoting wellness and health maintenance. Prescribes and orders patients medications based on the psychiatric assessments and needs. Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Delivers person centered, culturally sensitive evaluations, and trauma informed care as defined by position. Maintains patients'

charts/documentation

according to the standards Attends staff meetings, in-service meetings, peer reviews, supervision sessions, and other meetings as requested/required per week. Works cooperatively and constructively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
