Onsite gym access $50/month cell phone allowance Role & Responsibility Owns and manages either Mechanical or Process Piping construction for green field semiconductor factory. Work as a key stake holder of the on-site Project Management team to plan, organize, and supervise projects from inception through construction, commissioning and close-out. Maintain productive relationship with internal business partners and customers. Communicate project status to Project Management, Client, internal customers and external parties as appropriate. Utilize and become proficient in the use of construction management programs being considered for use (i.e. Microsoft Project, EXCEL, P6 etc) Qualifications Mechanical Engineering degree (or related engineering discipline) 2-5 plus years construction management experience. Must have proven successful projects in the Construction Manager role. Working knowledge of building components, mechanical, process piping and plumbing systems Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks preferred Key Notes /Requirements Experience of mechanical construction work of semiconductor plant preferred.
