Proud to be 100% Employee Owned

We believe that when employees have a stake in the results of their work, everyone benefits. From field employees, to managers, and eventually owners, our founders spent a lifetime working in the commercial landscape industry. They learned the value of committed, quality-oriented team members and a strong company culture. As such, in 2021, they chose to transition ownership of Clean Scapes to the employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), thereby establishing a legacy of hard work and collaboration. We are proud to say that as a 100% employee-owned company, our employees are now literally invested in the future of Clean Scapes.
