Position Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Center Director or Assistant Director in a licensed child care center working with children ages 5 and younger
is required.

Responsibilities and An Average Day:
As a leader on our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a well run school that is in compliance with all program policies and regulations. An average day for a manager on our team may include:
Opening or Closing the building, greeting teachers, children, and families,
Observing classrooms for high quality interactions and coaching the implementation of our curriculum,
Leading tours and enrollment initiatives to ensure center capacity
Planning school events,
Filling in for classroom teachers,
Holding staff accountable and ensuring proper documentation
Handling administrative duties like creating the newsletter, leading enrollment meetings, filing paperwork, responding to emails, or leading regulatory visits
.... and of course, passing out stickers, hugs, or high fives to bring smiles to children every day!
