Position Overview :

The

Director of Clinical and Business Systems

is responsible for

delivering innovative , cost-effective, and secure technology solutions to

scale the organization’s processes , and

improve operational efficiency

while maintaining security and compliance with applicable regulations.

The

Director of Clinical and Business Systems

will collaborate closely with the leadership team to understand internal processes and advise on best system solutions, continuously improve, customize, and integrate systems, manage IT partners, and provide training and system support to end users. The position is integral to the evolution and transformation of the company’s technology, systems, reporting and analysis processes, working to develop and operationalize new systems, reporting and dashboards and improve business processes through data and automation.

Essential Functions:

Plan and implement technological strategies that align with organization’s goals and objectives.

Translate business process and requirements into system solutions.

Identify, develop, and implement technical systems, processes, and tools to streamline operations, reduce errors, increase productivity, and improve employee efficiency.

Ensure all IT systems are well documented and adopted by all affected employees.

Embed into teams to study processes and implement efficient systems.

Conduct needs analysis of all departments and develop, communicate, and execute the appropriate strategy and plan to meet key stakeholder needs.

Conduct an inventory of current business systems, identify areas of strength, weakness and opportunity for improvement.

Constantly seek areas for improvement, in data processes, system selection and feature utilization, report structure, automation opportunities, efficiency creation, etc.

Become an in-house expert and resource on all critical systems including ERP/GL, PMS, CRM, Payroll/HRIS, Google/Microsoft Suite and any other system implemented by the company.

Serve as both a technical and business process leader. Understand the company’s business goals and use technology to help the company achieve them.

Create and maintain technical documentation on system configuration and support resources.

Ensure all IT systems are secure and adhere to relevant regulations and best practices.

Manage all external IT vendors and contractors including appropriate IT security consultants.

Maintain all business systems and assist with ad-hoc troubleshooting as necessary.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

5 – 10 years of work experience with significant systems implementations, deploying, and supporting enterprise information technology.

2+ years of Salesforce development experience preferred.

Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications.

Ability to analyze business data and procedures. Working knowledge of process methodologies for process design, implementation, and documentation.

Demonstrate strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Ability to self-motivate and meet deadlines.

Highly adaptive and flexible to change.

Work Environment, Physical Conditions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work 40 hours per week.

Ability to work cooperatively with others.

Must comply with practice policies and procedures.

Requires daily in-office work. Does not meet the requirements of regular telecommuting.

Physical activities include sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling.

Must be able to reach, pull, and push.

Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills.

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
