Job Responsibilities:
Senior Project Managers come with 15 to 18 years of experience and a broad range of project and program management successes.
They coordinate multiple teams and best practices, creative solutions to business and technical problems and the analytic ability to partner with you as your team attains organizational goals.
They are expert at delivery and in the areas of project integration, resource forecasting and integration, budgeting, project and program reporting, tool integration, variance analysis and communication.
Skills and Experience Required:
Required:
10+ years experience in project/program management
Expert MS Project user
Schedule management
Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills
PMP preferred
CSM or SAFe certification preferred
Desired:
Acquisition and divestiture experience
Consulting experience
Conflict management / problem solving
Negotiation skills
Financial management experience (budget planning)
Contract management (SoW, Contracts, work orders, etc.)
Agile project management experience
