WHAT WE'RE DOING
Associate Program Manager responsible for leading the International Mission Systems (IMS) Asia region portfolio system security programs. The candidate will work closely with the various program managers and functional teams to manage the system security implementation across the IMS Asia region portfolio. Management of the various program sub-IPT's efforts to design, develop, integrate and deploy combat system software and hardware for various international programs.
THE WORK
Specific Responsibilities include:
Ownership of the multiple sub-IPT schedules, ensuring alignment with overall program-level schedules
Work with the technical community and program leadership on identification of critical infrastructure
Coordinate the development of technical solutions and contract deliverables
Identify and manage system security sub-IPT risks, coordinate with the program team on implementation of mitigation plans
Cross-coordinate with the IMS Asia program's engineering and radar common product team program leads as required
Support general IMS Asia region program office efforts, including the development of proposals and cost estimates as required
Function as the Cost Account Manager (CAM) for all system security efforts across the Asia region portfolio
Interact with various US Government customers
Ability to travel domestically and internationally is also required

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and processes associated with development, implementation, and management of cost and schedule baselines
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects/customers concurrently
Expertise in relationship building and strong communication with internal and external customers
Collaboration with various team members (vertically and laterally)
Proven background of demonstrating initiative and ability to drive issues/actions to closure
Ability to obtain DoD Secret level security clearance
Desired Skills:
Program management and/or proposal development experience
Risk and Opportunity management experience
Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently with little guidance
Hardware and/or software development experience
Active security clearance preferred
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
