Residential Construction Project Manager - Military veterans preferred

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering quality workmanship. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of residential construction projects from pre-construction planning to project completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications and requirements are met. Manage project budgets, including tracking costs, approving expenditures, and forecasting budget variances. Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues that arise. Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Supervise and mentor project team members, including assistant project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors. $50,000 - $65,000 a year This position includes OTE/ bonuses.
