Our client is a commercial real estate firm based out of NYC. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Manager to join their team.

Position Overview:
The Revenue Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing the financial performance of the properties by overseeing all aspects of revenue management, lease administration, and tenant relations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in commercial real estate.
Responsibilities of the Revenue Manager:
Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates across our portfolio of properties.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to evaluate leasing proposals, assess market trends, and forecast revenue projections.
Rent Collection: Oversee rent collection processes, monitor delinquencies, and implement strategies to minimize arrears.
Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable processes, monitor outstanding balances, and coordinate with tenants to ensure timely payment.
Tenant Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with tenants, address tenant inquiries and concerns, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance tenant satisfaction.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, track financial performance against budgetary targets, and recommend adjustments as needed.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on leasing activity, revenue performance, accounts receivable status, and market trends for senior management and stakeholders.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with lease terms, regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to leasing and property management teams to achieve revenue goals and operational excellence.
Qualifications for the Revenue Manager:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on revenue management, lease administration, and accounts receivable.
Strong understanding of lease terms, financial analysis, and market dynamics.
Proficiency in property management software (Yardi is preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
CPA, CPM, or other relevant professional certification is preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
