Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, guest interactions, and service quality.
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members, ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with managers to monitor inventory levels, implement service standards, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Address guest feedback and concerns, striving to create positive resolutions and experiences.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively manage and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to make informed decisions in fast-paced situations.
  • Passion for providing exceptional guest service and a dedication to upholding the restaurant's values and reputation.
