Manage the customer Implementation team and build client relationships with key decision makers from project kick-off to post-implementation; ensure customer satisfaction Manage account and customer escalations, articulate issues, and resolution options clearly and succinctly Implement and operationalize project management best practices to achieve key performance metrics and continuously raise the bar on the quality of delivery. Proactively identify and mitigate significant risks, unknowns, and hindrances to implementation plans. Identify opportunities to reduce customer onboarding time and successfully implement changes. Oversee implementation and client adoption of Zenoti software and other add-ons Interact with Customer Success and product engineering team to ensure any blockers in implementation are effectively addressed Working with customers to make them realize their full potential on Zenoti and making them referenceable Having a useful product knowledge that will enable to understand customer requirements in detail and able to solution them wherever required Managing and coaching direct reports to scale for the needs of the organization and working towards being self-sufficient. Resource planning, hiring, and developing people to maintain a team that values continuous learning & improvement focuses on customer experience What Skills do I need? Proven track record of developing and maintaining referenceable customer relationships Confirmed experience to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks implementations Demonstrate and ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results Experience in measuring progress of programs against established objectives such as revenue, utilization, and customer satisfaction Excellent Oral and Written communication skills Experience working with customers in North America. Can work in a fast paced, ever changing, start-up environment Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Computer Science, MBA or related disciplines 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Support or Consulting in the Enterprise Software space Leadership facilitator, with excellent presentation and written communication skills working with VPs/Directors to understand needs. 2+ years of experience in a Senior Management role at a top-tier management/technical consulting firm, technology company other professional environment Experience in understanding different technologies (Scripting, HTML, SQL,etc) that will help in solutioning and solving customer issues.
