Job Description
Job Description Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team for a Hybrid role. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $28 to $30 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Process invoices related to case work and client related expenses, review complex payment.
Ensuring bills and payroll are paid accurately and on time, following departmental procedures.
Processing transactions, maintaining accounts, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.
Using accounting software and other tools to handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges.
Qualifications:
Associate's/ Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
1+ year experience processing accounts payable invoices within a law firm.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Knowledge of accounting software's, QuickBooks, ProLaw plus.
Experience:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Full cycle AP processing.
