LHH is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for our client near Century City area! This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team!
Create invoices in alignment with contractual terms. Adjust invoices as needed based on client requests or discrepancies.
Generate regular reports for digital campaigns based on delivery metrics. Prepare ad hoc financial reports as required.
Regularly review and update accounts receivable aging reports and collection notes, communicating relevant information to the sales team to facilitate account management.
Handle the processing of credit memos and refunds. Record and update payment transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
Upload invoices directly into clients' payment systems and assist with the completion of ACH/Vendor forms to streamline client payments.
Investigate accounts receivable records to determine payment application issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies and gather necessary information.
Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless processing of payments received.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred
2+ years of Accounts Receivable and Billing experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

$25.00 to $30.00 per hour
