We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Global Payroll Specialist to join our client team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee all aspects of international payroll operations, including the implementation and utilization of ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple countries. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices globally. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $40 to $45 per hour.

Job Duties:

  • Lead the implementation of ADP Workforce Now for global payroll management, ensuring a seamless transition and effective utilization of the software.
  • Handle end-to-end payroll processes for multiple countries within ADP Workforce Now, including data collection, calculations, and disbursements, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Stay abreast of international payroll legislation, tax regulations, and labor laws to ensure compliance in all regions of operation within the ADP system. Implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
  • Collaborate with payroll service providers and vendors, ensuring service levels meet established standards within the ADP framework. Manage relationships to optimize payroll processes and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate employee data within ADP Workforce Now, including salary adjustments, benefits, tax withholdings, and other relevant information.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes within ADP Workforce Now and accurate reporting of financial data.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining payroll processes within ADP Workforce Now, implementing automation, and enhancing efficiency while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate payroll reports using ADP Workforce Now, conduct variance analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making processes and audits.
Requirements:

Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in global payroll management or a similar role with multi-country payroll responsibilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of international payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Advanced in ADP Workforce Now and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience leading software implementation projects with ADP Workforce Now.
  • Certifications (e.g., CPP, FPC) in payroll management are a plus.
