**The Opportunity at Komodo Health**

The Solutions Delivery teams mission is to support Life Science customers and products through standard and custom applications of our healthcare map along with actionable insights that enable Komodo to meet our business goals.

The Program Manager will help shepherd the launch of the newly formed Solutions Delivery Team, creating and running processes to meet our aggressive commitments to customers and stakeholders. Combining technologies like Jira with Agile methods, the Program Manager will coordinate deliveries across teams, work through stakeholder management issues and craft development strategies.

**Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have...**

* Made measurable improvements to Solution Deliverys ability to execute on its mission through qualitative methods (e.g. weekly updates) and quantitative methods, including measuring and tracking team performance using metrics and KPIs.

* Coordinated the alignment and prioritization of cross-team, cross-functional work streams in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, identifying and addressing dependencies in a timely manner across all work streams.

* Act as scrummaster across a few rapidly growing teams. by leading standups and retrospectives, and by tackling JIRA admin work, etc.

* Work with team managers on capacity management, including queuing, stakeholder management, roadmap development, etc.

* Identify areas of opportunity and improvement within processes and tools based on reporting results and tool environments

* Provide regular management status updates and material

**What you bring to Komodo:**

* Keenly analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex organizational problems with limited supervision

* Accomplished agile practitioner / scrum master / project manager with deep understanding of Agile and Lean processes and experience of applying them with complementary engineering practices, such as managing technical debt, evolutionary design, refactoring and automated acceptance testing.

* Have implemented a scrum at scale cadence that effectively coordinated cross-team dependencies, minimized duplication of work and optimized pull through of deliverables across the entire organization in a sustainable manner that scaled with the growth of the organization.

* Experience with measuring individual and team performance using a structured process and understanding of performance drivers, including processes to optimize engineering efficiencies and team velocity.

* Experienced communicator with ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into deliverables, assess results, and make programmatic recommendations for a wide range of audiences (e.g. individual engineers, non-technical stakeholders, executives)

* Able to identify and promote opportunities for improved efficiencies and lead the program management team as change agents to shift the organization towards implementing improved efficiencies at scale.

* Able to handle ambiguity as well as influence and contribute to the thought leadership of the Solutions Engineering leadership team on providing clarity and problem solving. Collaborative and low-ego.
