Principal Project Manager, Learning and Development - Military veterans preferred

In this role you will act as a strategic collaborator responsible for executing and enhancing training initiatives through effective coordination of projects, managing the deliverables / milestone achievement, and facilitating communication across departments. The Principal Program Manager must possess strong project management, communication, and analytical skills to drive effective decision-making and optimize learning programs.Role / Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Director to develop and execute strategic initiatives for learning and development programsCoordinate and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of training programsGap analysis and opportunities to streamline internal operations for efficiencyAct as a liaison between the Director and various departments, fostering effective communication and information flowConduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes related to learning and development strategiesOversee the preparation of reports and presentations, providing insightful data to drive key business decisionsFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance the overall effectiveness of learning initiativesRequired Skills:Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead and execute complex projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaborationAnalytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and present data for informed decision-makingProactive problem-solving capabilities to address challenges and drive continuous improvementHigh level of organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesFamiliarity with learning and development principles is a plusOur Principal Project Managers earn between $106,100 - $159,100.
