Firefly is looking for an Inventory & Supply Chain Operations Director who will be designing and developing processes, workflows, and procedures that ensure the successful management and movement of its screens and tablet inventory across the globe.

This role reporting to the SVP, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, will also involve crafting requirements and partnering with supply chain teams across the hardware organization to develop systems and operational capabilities that will support scalable and effective inventory management.

The Inventory & Supply Chain Operations Director will play a critical role in enabling our global operations team to achieve growth by leading Fireflys overall asset management responsibilities, from inventory & warehouse management systems to asset health monitoring & diagnosis technology strategies. **Main Responsibilities**

+ Own and shape the development of custom tools and software that is developed for asset health monitoring, and inventory processes.

+ Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in asset health monitoring processes and pioneer new ways to automate and simplify our processes

+ Set up, manage and optimize installation center processes and documentation

+ Apply 5S system at the installation centers and structure necessary procedures to maintain the systemImplement an effective stock management system welcomed by the installation technicians

+ Design inventory classification and reporting using internal or external software

+ Coordinate with finance, purchasing, planning and engineering departments to ensure inventory optimization

+ Assist in setting up maintenance, repair, quality management and reporting systems at installation centers

+ Assist in development & implementation of maintenance and diagnostic systems using internal or external software

+ Work with product & engineering teams to improve asset monitoring and diagnosis products

+ Analyze quality, repair and maintenance issues and provide support to find root causes

+ Ensure nationwide and international alignment of processes and stock management systems

+ Support nationwide quality, repair and maintenance management

+ Observe and pinpoint inefficiencies and risks in inventory and quality management systems and ensure continuous improvement

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or Supply Chain/Operations or closely related concentrations

+ 5+ years of experience in supply chain and direct experience in supply operations or inventory management

+ Ability to create cross-functional partnerships throughout the organization

+ Excellent organizational and documentation skills

+ Strong analytical and communication skills

+ Flexibility to manage competing priorities and shift focus as determined by changing needs of the business
