Job Description:

Parametric provides Investment Professionals a variety of digital tools for portfolio modeling, client reporting and client service and is looking to rapidly cover and enhance all aspects of customer engagement through our digital platform. Our next phase of digital transformation will meet strategic objectives to create a great client experience, improve operational efficiency, and align with Parametrics multi-asset product offerings and differentiated capabilities in portfolio customization, tax-management, and socially responsible investing. The ultimate goal is to create a rich and seamless client experience where prospective and current clients have access to relevant and targeted marketing content, dynamic portfolio construction tools for multi-asset portfolios, timely and comprehensive online client reports, and to service client needs through online services.

As Program Manager Digital Transformation, you will bring engineering, user experience design, and best-of-breed technologies together and play a critical role in leading our product through needs analysis, iterative implementation of solutions, and measuring impact of those solutions as we deliver on our ambitious vision. This role is highly cross-functional and will require a strategic thinker comfortable with ensuring cross-departmental alignment; building tools, processes and capacity to achieve the organizations goals. The position will report to a Principal Program Manager, Project Management Office but will be closely partnered with the IT Managing Director of Digital and Development Services as well as multiple stakeholders in the Parametric Product Management organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Research, Sales, Marketing and Operations stakeholders to build a comprehensive roadmap for Parametrics Digital Platform and Client Experience

Partner with Managing Director to provide Digital program, roadmap, and implementation plans and tracking

Integrate with Digital Technology Team to design, implement, and deliver portfolio of applications and services to enhance the Client Experience

Collaborate with customers and/or industry partners on custom system integrations to realize B2C and/or B2B opportunities

Manage implementation activities for concurrent work-streams

Translate business use cases into functional specifications and work with team leads on work-breakdown

Develop and track KPIs and project success metrics

Ensure consistency with and application of PMO standards, processes, and controls throughout the Digital program

There are no direct reports, but you will guide different technology teams and act as a mentor for junior PMO resources

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred

7+ years of Business Analysis, Project/Program Management experience required, with proven ability to manage multiple related and concurrent workstreams

PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP and/or CSM certification strongly preferred

Asset Management and/or Digital platform domain expertise with experience managing software delivery of client facing applications is highly preferred

Proven ability as liaison between technical teams and business visionaries not a go between but rather facilitator and someone who can capture the vision from both points of view into a cohesive roadmap and implementation plan

Proven ability to write well-formed, clear documentation and hold presentations for large groups

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Absolute passion for enhancing the client experience through technology

Experience with Agile/Kanban Software Development
