**About the Role**

The Product Experience Frameworks team (PXF) is responsible for the building amazing digital web and mobile products thru enabling global product management teams via clear frameworks and best practices. The team works within a diverse range of American Express proprietary digital products across Amex Membership, Acquisition, Resy, Blueprint, Personalization, Amex communication channel teams and beyond. As a team we are focused on driving engagement, satisfaction and revenue through a combination of best-in-class user experiences and compelling features and functionality. We have a global remit and, with our partners across the company, we bring the best of American Express payment and related services to life through our digital experiences.

We are looking for an Associate Digital Product Manager to join the Experimentation Center of Excellence team.

The ideal candidate for this role should be a passionate advocate for properly using product experimentation and agile product delivery methodologies to drive data-driven insights and deliver top notch digital customer experiences . As part of the Experimentation Center of Excellence team, you will work closely with the Senior Product Manager, liaise with our in-house experimentation platform owners and a global set of stakeholders to define and centralize the strategy and delivery of our product experimentation program and evangelise our vision to put experimentation at the heart of product development at Amex. You will be responsible to increase the velocity and efficacy of experimentation across these global teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Act as an Enterprise Experimentation specialist to identify and drive improvements in Amex digital products and experiences

+ Be the voice of the enterprise experimentation: - identify test and learn opportunities, bringing together products, features, and capabilities in ways which elevate customer value.

+ Create and present vision, planning, recommendations and insights to internal execution teams and upwards to executive leadership, using compelling and relevant storytelling, backed by robust analysis.

+ Act as conduit between internal Amex user teams and Experimentation Product team to reflect needs for experimentation platform and solutions.

+ Evangelize and cultivate a test and learn culture across Amex by creating a community of practice within the organization, connecting relevant teams to learn from and share best practices.

+ Create and facilitate learning forums and roadshows to increase awareness, knowledge and proficiency of Experimentation.

+ Onboard and provide ongoing experimentation platform training to product, engineering and analytics teams.

+ Create a robust services engagement model to support a 1 to many structure.

+ Create and lead experimentation enablement strategy; Set the goals and standards for high impact experimentation for Amex product teams.

+ Develop, document, manage and evangelize new and scalable processes, playbook, best practices, templates, automated workflows and instructions to enable proper experimentation.

+ Set success metrics and build structure for accurate reporting and identify opportunities for improved and up to par practices and methodology.

+ Build relationships internally and externally with a diverse set of stakeholders including product, tech, analytics,leadership and external vendor partners to ideate, plan, prioritize and execute an iterative experimentation program that drives business results.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design and technology to shape meaningful customer journeys and customer centric thinking through use of Experimentation.

+ Responsible for day to day support and execution with a diverse range of product teams to effectively launch experiments at a higher velocity and with reduced time to market

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Minimum two years experience in a Product Management role or equivalent.

+ A curious mindset and strong relationship builder with excellent all-round communication skills, can confidently engage and influence internal and external stakeholders across diverse functions and countries.

+ Proven understanding of digital experimentation theory, methodologies and processes / UX / web design / development principles and methodologies.

+ Strong creative, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop winning solutions based on quantitative and qualitative data.

+ Innate curiosity for learning new products, technologies and understanding of testing and experimentation tools in the market.

+ Analysis skills with a strong attention to detail.

+ Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of driving results.

+ Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

+ Experience with program management tools, such as Airtable, preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor Degree or higher

+ Background in analytics or statistics is helpful.

+ Ability to build strong relationships across a global and diverse range of stakeholders, external vendors and internal teams in multiple timezones and locations.

+ Effective presentation and communication skills, with ability to adapt to various levels of leadership across multiple markets.

**Qualifications**

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
