What You'll Be Doing: Leading a team of R&D developers, product, and solutions engineers

Guiding the charter to advance breakthrough solutions.

Advancing the product and creating disruption in the market

Demonstrating strong expertise and knowledge in DFT

Displaying customer skills, business acumen, executive presence, and leadership capabilities

Propelling the department forward and fostering growth

The Team You'll Be A Part Of: As part of Synopsys' Hardware Analytics & Test Group, you'll be leading a team of R&D, Product, and Solutions Engineers. Together, you will focus on developing solutions to drive the adoption of our industry-leading design for test solutions for our most critical customers. Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this role is $182,000 - $272,000. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness benefits, retirement plans, and work-life balance programs.
