Your journey toward professional fulfillment begins right here.Responsibilities entail serving as a vital medical communication liaison between the hospital and area leadership, collaborating with the Practice Manager to uphold the hospital's standards as role models for United Veterinary Care's brand. Training the team on hospital guidelines and practices, supervising compliance, and providing coaching on case management, exam room communication, and client service are crucial aspects of the role. Additionally, supporting regular staff meetings, setting the medical vision for the hospital, fostering associate veterinarian engagement, and exercising sound judgment are key responsibilities.
