The Project Director is responsible for running all aspects ofa design, design/build, EPCM and/or construction project.Responsible for all scope, schedule, budget, safety, and teammanagement. Must be able to run reimbursable or fixed priceprojects greater than $200 million. Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Provides leadership to the proposal technical team andproject team upon award of a contract Identifies differentiating factors concerning approach,design, and constructability during bid, proposal and executionphases Coordinates meetings between potential clients andindividual internal specialists Provides EPC Project Management support to the BusinessDevelopment group Manages EPC, Design, Construction Management and/or DesignBuild projects Accountable for managing the overall execution of thecontract Responsible for project profit and loss commitments througheffective scope management, schedule management, cost control,change control, cash management, risk management, andimplementation of recovery strategies Participates in continuous improvement plans as directedand/or through proactive application of personalexpertise Maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of theCompany’s project processes, procedures, and policies and isresponsible for enforcing the use and conformance thereof In coordination with the relevant Discipline Director,executes a master agreement with each consultant Maintains a thorough understanding of the Company/Ownercontract and all project correspondence and documentation Develops and maintains continuous positive relationshipswith the Client and their representatives Monitors the training of all project staff personnel incoordination with Discipline Directors and with availableprograms Promotes positive staff morale, professionalism, andattitude and assists to resolve potential deficiencies whenidentified or perceived Champions Safety, Quality, Regulatory Compliance and TheCollaborative Way Other duties as assigned Show your expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineeringor related field preferred OSHA 10 required / OSHA 30 preferred 5+ years of senior level construction management or designmanagement experience 15+ years of project management experience Prior experience as a Senior Project Manager for a minimumof two successful projects. Experience on projects under designand/or construction Shown acumen for managing people Experience in either construction management role or designmanagement role Ability to adapt and respond to requirements of project orclient Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional organization and coordination skills Working knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel,Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
