**Position Title:** Inventory Control Specialist

**Department:** Materials

**Reports to:** Materials Lead

**Principal Accountabilities:**

? Perform the counting and kitting of work order pick-list material per the kitting schedule.

? Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, missing parts after the kitting

process, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products

? Labeling every product and placing them accordingly

? Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of kitting and incoming deliveries

? Count and return to on-hand, the material being returned from production after the completion of

a work order.

? Assist with cycle counting.

? Assist with physical inventory.

? Help with reconciliation of all physical counts to minimize loss to company, and to drive to the root

cause of discrepancies.

? Help with the collection and count of residual material to be sold to customers at the end of

programs.

? Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process

? Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory

? Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance

? Maintain integrity of customer owned material.

? Help receiving when needed

? Help shipping when needed

? Create and complete non-conformances/DMR's

? Ability to read, understand, and navigate in Fusion and MRP system documentation.

? Help to update procedures and work instructions as needed to match current process.

? Maintain 6S standards and continually look for ways to improve processes.

? Follow safety, ESD, ITAR and QMS protocols.

? Actively participate in Lean activities and embrace change.

? Follow the procedures as defined in the QMS that pertain to your area or position. Help update

procedures and work instructions as needed to match current process.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

Experience in warehouse environment.

Ability to work within a team

Good verbal and written skills

Basic computer skills
