Job Overview Job Description:Leads team in Analytics Development and Delivery for the combined Global Real Estate team. Work involving both communication and design/build skillsets centered on creating analytics for our client base. Focused on internal AT&T projects/ programs.Manages a team delivering these projects/programs from initiation through delivery.Responsible for applying project management/technical and communication skills, tools, and techniques to manage the project scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, risk and value add. Responsible for talent development. Manages some projects directly alongside the munication skills:Client interview, working with client teams to see clearly the opportunity to address with data/analytics.Working to define required data.Working with developer support to arrange for availability of that data.Working in SSAS (with and without developer team) to prepare data and measures required.Working in Power BI and other visualization tools to create and deliver analytics to client.Working with AT&T CTiO team to set up Power BI portals and arrange access management roles in Upstart.Project managing and doing hands on work noted above for multiple workstreams.Preparing and presenting status reports and project updates to Management and Key StakeholdersReviewing developing technologies and participating in internal discussions on skill set and tooling development possibilities.Sr. Leader and Executive presentation of projects - rationale, technical makeup, results delivered.Technical Skills:SQL Server 2016 - working knowledge of SSAS, focused on Tabular modelsAdvanced level Power BI design/visualization skillsDesign skills - ability to create engaging visual representations of data.Machine Learning/Predictive Analytics - grounding in technology and practiceSupervisory Skills:Developing team members in various technical disciplinesDeveloping team members in client interaction and project intake/deliveryProfessional BackgroundKnowledge of AT&T Real Estate business segments a definite plusKnowledge of common AT&T data sources a plusEducational Background:BS/BA or equivalent experienceProgramming/Query Languages a plus - Python, Java, JSON, SQL, etc.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and deliver Analytics for our clients. May manage one or more portfolios which includes identifying, prioritizing, authorizing, managing, and controlling projects, programs and other related work to achieve strategic business objectives. Directs cross functional teams to complete projects and program deliverables within allotted timeline and budget. Defines project/program scope and objectives, directs activities of project teams, and identifies resources. Projects/programs are very complex in nature, with project activities that are distinct for each new project and require a high level of analysis to create project plans for new concept programs.Work with stakeholders to champion project/program(s) across multiple organizations. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts program meetings and is responsible for program tracking and analysis. Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project/program deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Communicates to client/vendors/leadership.Supervisory: Yes, team of 5-8 people.Experience: Typically requires 5-8 years' experience.Location:Dallas, TX3-5 days in office per weekOur Associate Director-Project Program Mangers earn between $118,800 - $178,200 of TSR.
