The Safety Manager is accountable for crafting, executing, and overseeing safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. This role involves identifying and mitigating potential hazards, conducting safety training, investigating accidents, and fostering a culture of safety awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enforce, and enhance safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage safety budget and conduct training sessions.
  • Investigate accidents, analyze claims, and maintain records.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee emergency response plans.
  • Conduct regular inspections and drive to branch locations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, bilingual preferred.
  • Valid drivers license with good record, able to pass drug screens.
