The Safety Manager is accountable for crafting, executing, and overseeing safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. This role involves identifying and mitigating potential hazards, conducting safety training, investigating accidents, and fostering a culture of safety awareness.
Responsibilities:
Develop, enforce, and enhance safety policies and procedures.
Manage safety budget and conduct training sessions.
Investigate accidents, analyze claims, and maintain records.
Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee emergency response plans.
Conduct regular inspections and drive to branch locations.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, bilingual preferred.
Valid drivers license with good record, able to pass drug screens.
